We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Complete the Returns Form
Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill in the details regarding the items you wish to send back and your reason for the return.
Pack Your Items Securely
Carefully wrap your pottery in its original bubble wrap and box to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the completed returns form is tucked inside.
Affix the Shipping Label
Attach the Royal Mail tracked returns label provided in your parcel to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off Your Parcel
Take your package to any local Post Office branch and obtain a proof of postage receipt, which you should keep until your refund has been processed.
