Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?
Every piece of our pottery is handcrafted and hand-decorated at our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the traditional home of British ceramics.
Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our earthenware is dishwasher and microwave safe at low temperatures; however, we recommend hand washing to maintain the vibrancy of the hand-painted designs over time.
What are your UK delivery options and timeframes?
We offer standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as next-day delivery options for orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a personalization service?
We offer a bespoke hand-painting service on selected items, allowing you to add names or special messages to your favorite pottery pieces.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, if your items arrive broken, please contact our customer service team within 14 days with a photo of the damage for a replacement or refund.
